Firstly, can I take this opportunity to Thank you for your continued support of small business’ like ours. We have taken the COVID19 outbreak very seriously and have put in place internal measures to regularly clean and disinfect door handles, surfaces and floors. We have put in place social distancing between team members and external subcontractors have been reduced.
ELECTROVID IS OPEN - DELIVERIES ARE DELAYED
We have kept our store and online website fully operational for as long as possible because we know how important a role that we have played to our customers, delivering home audio and visual equipment across th UK and Europe - When speaking to our customers this seems to be an opportunity to escape the mundane feeling of self-isolation.
Due to the unfolding situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19), sadly Electrovid as of Thursday 26th March has to put certain products on back order, this is due to low stock levels of certain product ranges. Although we have stock awaiting our collection due to travel restrictions we are unable to collect it.
For over 7 years, our mission has been to continue delivering products that others have forgot about – and rest assured, that we will continue.
Over the coming days we’ll be exploring ways to offer our customer services remotely, which will start with home based working for our office team, we will continue to be on hand for advice and updates.

As you will all appreciate we are in unprecedented times and preparations for such times are hard to make especially when you are a small business. At this time our orders will greatly decline, some of the larger retailers will take the strain easily but for small business' it can be a little more difficult.
Always remember when you trade with a small business the proceeds of your order go directly to the team and their family.
At this time if you could continue using small business' wherever possible it will mean a lot to them, their staff and their families.

Will this change?
The situation changes on a daily basis, we have decided to temporarily put a back-order on certain product ranges. If at any time this advice changes we aim to start delivering back-orders immediately.
Can you still order?
Yes, you can still order from our website. The majority of our products are available for quick delivery, those that are not are clearly marked on the description section.
Are your Delivery times affected?
The hardest hit part of our small business has been in the warehouse and distribution, we are continuing to do what we can with the resources we have available to us and we really do appreciate your patience at this time.
